Reservations are confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit.
A deposit of £20 per person per booking is required.
All accounts to be settled on arrival, by cash, debit or credit card. If you wish to settle by cheque, then we must receive it by post at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
Rooms will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellations must be received at least seven days prior to the date of the reservation in order to receive a refund. (A £5.00 admin charge per person will be charged.)
For the safety of all our guests the proprietors of The Brampton enforce a STRICT NO SMOKING policy throughout the guest house. If we believe that smoking has taken place in the rooms then a £30.00 charge will be made to the room and the occupants will be asked to leave with no refund.
If damage is found to have occurred whether through smoking in the rooms or destructive damage made to property then a minimum charge of £200 will be made.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accommodate any person who, in our reasonable opinion is not suitable. In such cases all charges will be refunded
